Growth Marketing Intern (m/f)

Our product is a framework which is suitable to supply all processes that are relevant for selling services over the www. This includes, but is not limited to searching, publishing, paying, communicating in real-time, collaborating in real-time and analytical monitoring and tracking. We build a scalable SaaS product as well as customized B2B solutions mainly in the insurance, banking and utilities sectors with the use of our framework.
About your new role
We are searching for a very committed and highly engaged intern to support us in our growth goals. Your mission will consist in generating leads by identifying, designing and managing new, innovative marketing and growth projects from beginning to end.
We are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Intern (m/f):
You will build Flexperto's awareness through our paid acquisition channels (Paid Social such as Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, Xing Ads, Display, etc).
You’ll be in charge of the execution of campaigns, optimization, testing, and reporting to maximize our return on ad spend.
You'll be testing different CTAs, ads creatives& copy, as well as optimising landing pages to drive conversion optimization.
Ensure that we have the right tracking and attribution set up in place so that we can reliably measure performance and scale up our ad spend.
What are we looking for :
Pursuing BA/BS degree, ideally in Marketing or related fields; able to stay for at least 6 months
Very Proactive, entrepreneurial and driven work-style, you bring excellent project management skills, needing minimal interference and micro-management.
You have a truly data-driven and analytical mindset
You like copywriting and have an eye for great design.
Native in German and fluent in English
You have a first experience using some of the relevant tools to manage performance marketing (ad platforms, analytics tools, tag manager etc)
Preferred, not required: You know how to use the SEO tools packages (Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, SEMrush) as CMS (Hubspot, Wordpress, ...)
